We know our stuff, but we don’t pitch ourselves as experts. After all, the expert in your business is you. Until we get to know you, we don’t profess to know what you need. With that in mind we seek to work in collaboration with you to get to the crux of the matter and then begin. The only agenda we work with is yours.

As BACP registered counsellors, we believe that we have a unique ability within the coaching arena to work positively with our clients to bring about the change they want in their lives, be that professionally or personally. Our counselling knowhow means we are able to hold clients through the entirety of that change process, both within the structured process of a coaching programme, and the emotional process that goes on for each of us at a time of experiencing change.
Our coaching work will be undertaken in consultation with you, sessions will normally last between 1.5 to 2 hours, but can be tailored to individual needs and requirements.
At Cornerstone we have over 20 years of experience in working with individuals and teams who seek change in any aspect of their lives, whether that be to increase workplace performance, or to change in aspects a little closer to home. We will work with you to plan, create and deliver a coaching programme to work towards the results you want.
Our latest courses
A three session coaching programme designed for individuals looking to proactively raise their self-awareness. This solution-focused course will help delegates develop a greater understanding of themselves - helping to boost confidence and emotional quality of life.
Emotionally Healthy Teams
A one day multi-delegate programme, looking at where your team sits both practically and emotionally. We will work with team members to help them understand themselves, in order to understand their role in the bigger picture context of team. This programme is excellent for leaders who are looking to promote creative thinking and decision making in their teams.
Workplace Communication and Culture
Running as a 1.5 day in house programme for organisations who experience a level of conflict and/or tension within teams, we endeavour to unpick every element of communication from within the business - both on an individual and corporate level, and look to understand 'why' we do what we do. Using a number of therapeutic models, we aim to equip you to remove the notion of conflict from your communication, and create the authentic and transparent level of communication we all wish we could have!
Whilst packaged as a whole entity, this course can be broken down in to modules delivered on different dates, to fit in with the needs of your business. It can also be tailored to fit in to an individual's coaching plan.
