Cornerstone was founded in 2014 by Nathan Fox and Chris Wallwork. We decided that as qualified counsellors, we wanted to offer a service that gives clients a fresh and unique therapy experience. We are aware that we don't conform to the therapist stereotype - but that's the appeal of Cornerstone!
We both studied at the Iron Mill counselling college in Exeter, and have experience of working with a wide variety of clients during the time we have been practising.
As counsellors we are registered members of the BACP, which is our professional body. We also affiliate with other counselling and coaching organisations, and we undertake regular supervision and training to ensure that we always work in the most appropriate manner with our clients.
In October 2018 we realised that demand for counselling was beginning to outstrip our availability. Rather than seek to put clients on a waiting list, we have enlisted the help of Gary Parsons, who will be working from Cornerstone every Tuesday. He comes highly recommended!
We have two therapy rooms in South Street in Wellington, there's easy access, and convenient parking a stones throw away. So if you are looking to undertake counselling or coaching, why not check us out and see if we can help.
